Work was recently completed on this new neighbourhood of Erandio. 204 subsidized dwellings 253 garage parking spaces.

Along with the dwellings, a service area has been developed with a large park, a sports area and a children’s play zone. Urban layout has carefully being integrated into the existing houses around the park.

The new development is incorporated into the rural environment using the combination of de facing bricks and ventilated facade in addition to louveled terraces.
