Project in a new residential area of Leioa, a new building comprising 108 subsidized dwellings with 147 garage parking spaces.

The plan features a curved plot, integrated into our proposal by means of carefull facade design incorporating large windows and plant cases. A large interior patio becomes four pleasant patios, overlooked by several light walkways, turning each patio into a garden, peaceful and Zen, where the bedrooms are located.

Particular attention is paid to the sloping surrounding land and its integration.
